This policy explains how Korvo Works ("we") handles information about users of our apps and website (the "Services").

- Account information, such as the email address used to sign in and your display name
- Content you enter or record for learning, such as text and voice recordings
- Learning records, such as practice history, settings, and progress
- Purchase information: subscription status reported by the App Store or Google Play (we do not receive payment card details)
- Device and usage information, such as OS type, app version, error logs, and access times
- Information you send us when you contact us
2. How we use information
- To provide the Services, verify users, and manage accounts
- To correct, transcribe, and give feedback on the content you enter or record
- To provide paid plans and check subscription status
- To investigate problems, prevent abuse, and improve quality
- To respond to inquiries and send important notices
3. Service providers
To the extent necessary to provide the Services, we may have the following kinds of providers process information on our behalf:
- Cloud infrastructure providers, such as server and database hosting
- AI service providers that perform corrections and transcription (content you enter or record for learning is sent to them)
- Sign-in (authentication) service providers
- Subscription management service providers
These providers may be located outside Japan. Except as required by law, we do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, and we never sell personal information.
4. Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above. You can delete your account from within the app. When you do, personal information associated with that account is deleted. We may keep statistics that have been processed so they cannot identify any individual, in order to improve the Services.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures, such as encrypted connections and access controls, to protect information from leaks, loss, and unauthorized access.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to disclose, correct, delete, or stop using your personal information that we hold. Please contact us at the address below.

We may update this policy as needed. If we make important changes, we will let you know through the Services.
